Sorry for the off topic.  Golf is scramble at Thundering Waters.  Apparently it's a dandy course.   John Daly design?   $150 per head includes the usual, golf, cart, dinner, prizes, yadda yadda and a band for entertainment after.  Country Rockabilly dudes I think.   Ya get to wear yer shat kicker boots.  They got some various deals on local hotels.  You need to go to the other site, you know the one that rhymes with Fagoracom.  Look up Stratopod on the Noront board and he can fill in all the details.  Last year was at Caledon, up the 410 there a bit.  Good time was had by all.  Several big cheese from various mining companies show up.  Moe Lavigne, Jimmy Voisin, several others last year.  No idea who's showin' this year.  The cheeses never commit til the last minute but I know Strato has been on the blower to a bunch of 'em.  

The infamous Hoov will be there and he throws a good wang dang doodle in his suite after.  Non golfers can do the wine/distill tour.  Hoov got that all set up.  He is one nice dude, gotta tell ya.


There were 2 assistant pros there last year, and my drive held up, so ya, I'll wager a brewski for any and all.  If ya whup me, I won't drill ya into the ground neither.  Gettin too old for that stuff.  My wife, on the other hand, is a master of givin purple hearts, so be nice and hit a worm beheader or a sky pilot.  

Lookin forward to meetin and beatin yer butts in the Long Stick competition.  Not that Long Stick.  The drivin thing I mean.  Jeez people.  Hee Hee.
