It's already been proven that the herd doesn't understand what mismanagement means, as the herd is most likely the reason this management is still here after last AGM vote, IMO.

So after, I can't remember, multiple stock cosolidations and the CEO leveraging the entire BGM assets in order to help shareholders (?), who today stand the most to lose?

If this continues to unfold as it has in the past upteen years, nothing will change, except for the continued depreciation in shareholder value, in order to preserve this cash-cow-mountain for the current CEO.  JMO
