well what is logical in your opinion??

What is logical in my opinion is that all expectations of talk re: financings for COW will be postponed until after the new, COW 43-101 is released by Snowden.  And that won't be until after the New CEO is installed.

See above.

True that.  However, they picked up some liquidation "loose change" by disposing of it to another smaller miner who was salivating over what THEY could deconstruct, move and THEN do with it.  It's my understanding that Norm, with all his years of vast mining decision making/mine making experience looked over Revelstoke and pronounced it no good for the plans going forward.  That indicates that Norm has had a strong hand in the "going forward part" but is careful not to box in his successor.  Smart man, that Norm!

RocketRed wrote: ya sure on sept 30 we all want bgm to say we have made the first payment to eric would be very nice words in a news release just being realistic here

Well, I don't share your "realism here," RR.  I know what MOST people want, but I'm not in the short-termers camp as most people.  I frankly have already expressed my reasons privately as to why I will NOT be surprised if BGM announces a 3rd (buy'em time) payment extension.  As you are undoubtedly aware, I've already stated for a fact that the Sprott payment has been made.  I've not backed down from that one iota.

Furthermore, the PR should deal with when the financials will be released, and what the still nuanced, foot-dragging/time buying 'negotiations' are with Sprott.  Sprott doesn't need a royalty, he wants physical, and lots of it to hedge his personal fortune as the big resent is almost upon us.

RocketRed wrote: lots of news coming so we sit and wait and guess
  Agreed.

However, a cautionary note:  if you recall, the much awaited "END OF AUGUST" PR was precursored by a "Progress at BL" photo added to the gallery, 4 days prior to the end of August.

Well, guess what..

it's now 5 days PRIOR to the end of Sept, and voila, we have ANOTHER NEW gallery photo of "PROGRESS AT BL."  This timing can't be an accident.  I don't believe in coincidences.  Said photo is intended as a sugar tit for the suffering, just like the dribbling of the August 27th "Progress At BL" photo was.

These foot dragging, time buying strategies being executed by the White Knight advised by Ian Gordon, etc., are good for clearing out the rest of the weak hands in a capitulation "flash crash" spike downwards on the BGM price charts.  I'm personally going to be surprsied IF there is a release of August financials or a "Sprott's been paid statement" in the next few days.

Not many hardcore poker players in this stock.  Sometimes, slow play wins the spot at the final tournament table; the table, which is being set for the NEW CEO, not for the servicing impatient shareholders and enriching speckies.

So, that's what I think, and I'm stickin' to it.

BTW, the DIRECT extraction costs I read are in the $435/oz range, not $480.  Jis saying.

Glad you're on here, RR.  Buy you a drink sometime?
