US MINT crying "Wolf" re: Shortage of AME 1oz. SILVER Rnds!

US MINT crying "Wolf" re: Shortage of AME 1oz. SILVER Rnds! For those unfamiliar with the practices of US Mint's Silver American Eagle (and yes GOLD eagles, as well) dealer only distribution system, you may be interested to learn the following:

The US Mint only allows QUANTITY purchases by a SELECT few, high-dollar coin dealers in the USA.

Those Commitments to purchases must be applied for in advance to be assured of new supply of the new eagles with the new yearly date marks.

EVERYTIME THE US MINT SHUTS DOWN PRODUCTION IN NOV/DEC annually, to do the physical change over to NEW, TO BE STAMPED 2015s, (then '16s then '17s, etc.), the "books are squared" and the "channels' stuffed" of those 5 or 6 dealers.

BEFORE the NEW ORDERS CAN BE SUBMITTED BY THE 5 or 6 dealers approved to buy in bulk from the US Mint,
.......if there is any supply left of the prior year's date (that would be 2014)........
THOSE DEALERS MUST BUY ALL THE OUTSTANDING REMAINDER of 2014's AE series coins.

THEN the US MINT will accept new orders for the 2015s, and ONLY THEN, from those bulk dealers.

Yes, the US Mint produces more DURING the year than the original 5 or 6 dealers pre-place their massive orders for, because individuals can order in one-sies and two-sies --called odd lots-- after the initial private bullion cabal has placed their orders.

But TRUST ME, those big boys have to buy the old dates before they can order the 2015s.

This being the case, for as along as the MINT HAS BEEN PRODUCING the AMERICAN EAGLE series in both gold and silver, now going on some 28 years.

Most of the time, the "we're out of 2014s" announcement is just fine print on the back pages of Coin World or some such publication, and no one even notices!!!!

Not this year.  This is amplified US MINT BS, and I'm calling it.
