RE:RE:RE:Sprott Funds and 43-101That's not true either, RR.   The current loan covenant SPECIFICALLY forbids payment in gold under the current terms as have been revealed thus far.

That's why a DIFFERENT KIND of royalty besides a NSR or GSR is being considered.

There is no such thing as hey, we'll give you (SPROTT) a royalty and you can pick and chose.

DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!
