The answer is simple , the shareholder did not want BGM to be discovered as the fraud they were when they released that horse pooey and wind up halted and delisted. He was protecting his interest cause even a shareholder knew it was all garbage. Its only you neophytes that are stupid enough to believe this garbage they and the pumpers are spewing..unless you want your first investment ever to be a big zero in the end Wango , I would get out before the shite hits the fan....
