Yup a CTO was slapped on BGM for ?? year or so?
He also paid a $30,000 penalty for those claims and got hit with a 1 yr ban from markets.
I'm not 70 so my memory is somewhat better...here's another tip......never let geologist play with big yellow trucks. don't even let them near them. Thats for mining engineers.
I can immediately think of 2 other gold Co's that have been around ....guestimate 1/8 the time of BGM/International Wayside and are producing gold...or will be this year
