They are doing these two raises. Brokered and non-brokered pp. Still no details 3 weeks on.... Not looking good.

Post consolidation too, how nice!  And in April but filed nov 30th.  Bet it’s just a coincidence with all this brodgemark sketchy was going on.  Duke Fashion Capital. Nice one...

Yes, the lack of details is troubling plus the amount of regulatory scrutiny in the sector. Canada is not a high bar. Hopefully we get some details soon, but I don't have a great feeling.  I ...more
