And in April but filed nov 30th. 
Bet it’s just a coincidence with all this brodgemark sketchy was going on.

they are also spending cash (16 million) to Dan.. and now they are going to raise 50 million.  WTF.

trainwreak. They put out that PR amost two weeks ago and there hasn't been any word on the deal like who is running it for starters.
