You may hold or sell, it is really up to you. If you hold nothing happens, until the idiots at Bioa decide to list again. To sell, you may need to call your broker.  If sold out, you might get a letter from RC for disqualified investment. If I recall, they will ask for 50% of your proceeds. Give them a call and tell them BIOA story. Once done, they will tell you to fill a form, send it back to them and you will be ok.
