LNG Canada is now 90% complete and two large LNG units are scheduled to start up in 2024 in the USA

The answer is , because I loved you dear and wanted to give you more !! Actually , don't worry about it Bir has 8 years of PDP plus 36 years of 2P  Add to that 373.7 net sections of contiguous land and 2 functioning gas plants with a combined capacity of 87 kbpd. Bir is worth a lot more than $12 per share. get a margin account , take yor wife out and make her happy Bir is very near the ...more

Just one more thought for tonite. Bir is now below 5$ . That means that margin holders will lose a good portion of their marginability. That could add short term selling pressure , so don't be too quick to jump back in

Yep, many LNG facilities are almost ready for commission. This will only increase pressure on natural gas prices. The issue here, TF and JKM, the two main receiving facilities have their Future strip down in the gutter for the next 4 years. Don't expect miracles from the gas sales to East Asia or Europe, unless market conditions change drastically. Natural gas consumption needs to increase in ...more

So far this year Nat gas inventories in Europe have been decreasing both against the 5 year average and particularly against last year. LNG makes up only a small fraction of Global energy consumption , so there will always be adequate demand as long as re-gasification facilities are built. Such facilities are not nearly as expensive as the LNG manufacturing facilities.  If the planet wants ...more

One other point that I need to add is that the LNG trade is mostly contractual in nature , rather than spot. Thus those starting up new plants have largely already placed their barrels. For this reason, I believe that the additional demand is largely real (As long as Biden and his gang don't force plants to remain shut as they did with Freeport ) (forcefully shutting in Freeport by the way is ...more
