Delisted in Canada

would sure be nice if we could trade our stock in Canada. it was suspended a few years ago and BITCF has not filed the proper paperwork to unsuspend trading

i just started watching this stock, never shows any bids or asks. its dellisted in Canada? does that mean we cannot purchase?
