And further thoughts from Austin

And further thoughts from AustinI had emailed Austin re the arbritrage potential of trading on the otcbb and the tsx.v and the frankfurt exchange. These were his thoughts: "Some considerations re market activity: i) Overall, when the halt is lifted, I would expect that there will be some sellers who have been held back by the halt but are anxious to get out, even at low prices, and some buyers looking to get in, but there is some doubt whether the Pres. of BIO would be a significant seller since his selling is usually with the purpose of raising funding for the company, and it seems likely that the company will have little or no need for further funding if the $250,000 privateplaccement at $.18 US that has been applied for is approved by the TSXV and the business continues as it has done in Mexico so far; ii) it may also be the case that the company is cash-flow positive, this should become clear when the Dec. 31 quarterly is issued at the end of February. Re currency considerations, it would certainly seem to make sense to try to lock in some ability to sell Cdn dollars at the currently relatively favorable rates, instead of the less favorable rates that will likely be in effect for most of 2006. Austin"
