IF that is the case...there will be some very happy campers among the longs who have lightened up just in case...once the stock starts to trade. My understand was that it was perfectly legal. There WAS NO under the table etc..etc. I do not share what might appear to be dodgy..just not my way of doing business...maybe others...which explains why they are so eager to jump all over me, but it was as clear as a bell coming from my broker/brokerage. Clear as a BEll NOthing dodgy. I like to sleep nights. However people do your own DD,and ask your broker as they are doing the transaction, just why it is OK to do this. Plus....given RR's penchant for selling on both tsx.v and otcbb and announcing this on SEDAR for all to see. He does have a transfer agent, and I would assume that what ever was needed to be done was done...However two brokers against , one.... You mean I can get my dirt cheap stocks back..even if the stock opens when it does at an all time high??????? Whoopie...NOpe when I sold...I waved those little shares bye bye...I certainly had no idea that per Spinner that I would get another shot at this again and that the brokerage would insist....Soooo Spinner...if bio trades at two dollars..does that mean I get mine back for the pennies I lightened up on them for, to add to my stash of bio shares.... I dont think it works like that.. I think once sold.they are gone, and tomorrows trade is well tomorrows trade. What an innovative thought spinner....compared to my research . However we still wait to see when trading resumes..I was also told that the shares will be valued approximately in accordance with what they are on the otcbb,because that would be the benchmark....So the shares could trade up..or they could trade down. while tsx.v sits. I really dont think I will get a second kick at the can, having lightened up...nope...I vote for the plain vanilla..once sold..they are gone....which is why I lightened up ,but didnt sell off and out..I still think bio will get through all of this just fine. Wow...spinner you mean someone would actually force me to accept dirt cheap shares when bio might at the time be trading at 2 bucks...wowsers....Some how I dont think this will happen. For some people though it isnt the though that the shares will go to zero..they could..it was the thought as traders..and you as a trader should be aware of this..that money locked in..is essentiallly frozen...and you can miss out of tons of opps elsewhere int he mkt...that would more than make up for bio and losses etc...I expect that those are the people who were mainly looking to exit bio...so they could make their money work, as traders...Geepers Spinner....YOU are a trader. I am an investor..so how come I had to point this out? Huh?...And you mean to say those lucky traders will get to double dip re the comeagain pennystocks that their brokerage will force them to take back later????? People just do your DD on this. OK. It is your money and I have NO agenda here...spinner however?????and lolipop..well loli just likes to make people unhappy,,,are you unhappy loli..are you trying to create more misery so you too can have company....Sad....Very sad. Spinner that scenario you outlined..you must have thought of it...when watching one of those visa commercials where the payments just disappear right off the page...? Eh? I dont slip anything under a door or by a back street...NOTHING.
