RE:NewsOf course, we don't know the fundamentals of the acquired company, but we do know that they have an established business with a nice client base, real revenue, recurring revenue and a new application ready to go.  And, with BIO's offering, there should be lots of cross selling opportunities as well as the big deals - such as we've just witnessed - to come our way.

I know, lots of dilution, but this should be worth it.  Tons of potential with the combined businesses.   The whole should be much greater than the sum of the parts...
