Bio-Extraction will be competing with major global players (mostly private companies), which will

be opening or expanding existing canola crushing facilities in the Canadian market. Most these

facilities are located in Saskatchewan. Bio-Extraction’s business strategy is to build and operate

smaller, easier-to-manage facilities, initially in the 40,000-80,000-ton capacity range. After Bio-

Extraction gains some experience with these types of facilities over the next fi ve years, the Company

expects to progress to building larger facilities in the 250,000-ton area.
