I see the feasibility study as a precursor to BXI becoming eligible for government incentives for the development of Minot.  Government's always require these types of study's before opening up the coffers for grants, low interest loans, tax incentives, etc.  As long as BXI can demonstrate the sustainability of its business and solid job creation for the city of Minot, the feasibility study should be a cake walk.

This is very good news.  With local, state and/or federal governments picking up part of the tab for Minot, it can only mean less dilution for shareholders down the road.
