As for concerns abbout the current SP, it will take a couple of weeks for the market to grind through the new 30M shares, but after that it should be onward and upward.  Great news coming out of Minot.  More pieces of the puzzle falling into place... patience will be rewarded.

This may be the last chance to buy below 2 bucks.
