Playing the juniors (and trust me this is playing) is risky. I've lost as many times as I've won, perhaps more, but I'm doing fine. Lick your wounds, pull yourself up, and then find a winner to recover your losses....and sell before the inevitable pullback! Then buy again if they have a potential to recover.
Lesson learned. Better luck in the future, but you have absolutely no case, unless you can prove that a Director outright lied to you, and that just did not happen from what I can read in your posts and the company releases. And even if you did have a case for an outright lie, you'd still lose for a plethora of reasons well documented in jurisprudence. There was no attempt to mislead you, but rather poor management which is very well documented.
