Seriously, be careful. Accusations of impropriety or malfeasance are not advisable IMHO. The drop in SP is not relevant except emotionally and the other issue for litigation that you are espousing you'll lose IMHO. No way OSC intervenes. Also, no way auditors won't sign off eventually. As you said, they are here to protect you and me...but perhaps more me now than you.

Deep breaths. It's just zeitgeist in America today. You'll need a much bigger stick, but if you insist on fighting, you'll need a much better strategy.
