Endeavour not to be Unfair

Every director shall endeavour to deal fairly with each Corporation’s security holders, customers, suppliers, competitors and employees. No director shall take unfair advantage of any such person through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of facts of any other unfair or unlawful dealing practice.

 

I am so pleased that the TMX rules insists that a public corp can only take advantage of us in a fair way.

 

I burned another company's share certificates today...I have a right to point fingers.
