I am not at all implying that CS and BXI would do this. I am still a huge supporter of BXI.
I was simply pointing out to readers on this board what can happen to any retail investor especially given the lasck of control and credibility of TMX, the dual trading and controlling group of the TSX.
The SBS situation is a disgusting display of power by a well known and previously highly respected Canadian lawyer in conjunction with his capital company friends to devalue the SP and investment value of the retail traders.
Just saying, this market is becoming, if it hasn't been for awhile, corrupt and conter productive as a true investing platform.
This is all in my humble opinion. Caveat emptor...and know the board you are dealing with.
