Accumulation(small) has been going on since mid June......but we have no material facts as to the structure of the company, its potential or where we stand as individual investors. In my opinion, BXI is still a big gamble, vice an investment at this stage. OPened at 16 and couldn't get by it, not a trend. Just some guys accumulating on a gamble.
CScharr has the knowledge and the skills to implement a business but he does not have the MONEY. SASKATOON until the fall of next year is still an unknown. Despite all assurances....to the contrary. The guy with the BUCKS will call the tune, and BXI may just be one small part in HELMS /and others corporate portfolio?
I suspect(guess) that CScharr wants to have BXI as a potential APPLE of the future hence his reference to BXI 2.0, and wishes to remain in control of the majority of the company. Thin assumptions for sure, but he is a proud guy. If he succeeds we will do very very well. BXI providing the patents, expertise,to others for a share of the ownership I hope in other projects. If not we have the possibility that we own ONE plant, plus rent out our services as consultants for a few years.
OR someone comes in with sufficient money for BXI to become an APPLE. ..for the fastest route to market dominance. Or BXi controls its destiny, and trys to piece together MONEY, to expand owning and operating its own plants. Or.....?
