Hopes for a JV were dashed when the 2 big food companies in the USA rejected the process as viable despite

the + GEA report

this leaves only 2 in Europe and their hesitation means more time to mull it over call us in 2013 after Christmas and see how our economy is doing

this major setback will cause a cash crunch so to pay our salaries we will borrow a few million and pledge our property for security the same as for Romspen and they can fight over later when eventually run dry 

If a deal was feasible it would have been done by now

the process is not commercially viable too expensive to extract protein with water only
