RE: qUESTION? IF they can't come to terms with the two mystery parties prior to july, will the 6.8 million dollars due be extended by Romspen? IF so is this for sure and at what cost, they already have secured this loan with the co's assets both intellectual and physical. What value is the oil processor technology given, what perccentage of newco are we likely to end up with? How, if at all is the financier related to the business partner. More details could have been provided without compromise!
