1. Who is Gadfly? Is he a small retail investor that thinks his opinion really matters...and does he have any
real influence? Or is he just a ???
2. What about the Bear, Maidenmist, and others that really don't care because they already bailed months
or years ago? Do they amount to more than poor losers? Can they move on? Or are they just here to
whine?
3. Don't these "investors" realize that this is just a junior play and that life isn't fair? lol...investors.
Or we could ask some real questions.
1. Can we go dormant and wait two years or so for the economy to catch up. (for y'all who don't know what that means...certain sectors that are flush will not invest now, but may in two years for a number of political and socio-political reasons. One being high tax grabs in Europe. To clarify, it's the reason growth plays have suffered and new ventures have floundered.)
Unfortunately, it's also because the Canadian Government is asleep on watch. There are so many more excellent new ideas and companies but the stodgy Conservatives won't free up money (i.e. limiting banks lending and consequently not moving forward) Sure, there is a requisite balance required between waste and investment nationally, but you won't find anyone searching for it in the CONS as they wait for big $ to bail us all out. Don't get me wrong...I'm an ultra-capitalist...but in a deflationary existence, it's almost futile. Big Banks that run the country (and pay Steve's big bonus thru the Con Party) have bailed on us small free enterprisers.
2. If we can't simply go dormant (don't bother asking what this is Gadfly...you'll never understand what dormancy rules are and I won't explain them to you without a very large retainer), what can we do to minimize the operating costs? We understand that selling of whatever little capital structure may not bring us to far....so perhaps we could licence the IP to some others operating within a smaller scale?
3. Give us a three option choice and accept a vote in this AGM. I prefer dormant IP action with a contingent security review in lieu of other sincere options. There should be at least two other options available as suggested by the past conference calls with shareholders.
All further operational and administrative costs are a waste to shareholders without a detailed declaration of current and bona fide negotiations and discussions of the utilization of IP held by BXI.
F it...trying to explain economics and the corupt crpa that happens and how it affects SMEs is useless. You don't care except about your own little insignificane existance.
