RE:EU approval ahead

RE:EU approval aheadYou will never get it, 123racing....

There will be no JV, no deal, no LOI not even a binding handshake with the interested global agri-business enterprise (which is apparently European), without a positive EFSA verdict on Isolexx.

Responsible European CEO's just cannot sign a production deal for a product which has no marketing authorisation in Europe. You and also BIOEXX say that it is more or less granted that the EFSA will give green light for such a product. Maybe, maybe not. But anyway this is no kindergarden here and a global agri-business wants it black on white before signing any deal.

Don't be so naiv and think that there can be any deal with a European company before EFSA says "ok". I am sure even BIOEXX CS knows.

AFTER EFSA will gives green light, I would expect kind of insider buying from more or less involved people or people who know these people...... It is always like that - it was also like this when I warned here in April that falling sp rather indicates NO JV deal ahead - when so many here, including you where expecting it so much.....

We should all see in July. If BXI does not get the EFSA ok THIS summer - then even 0.035 would be a good selling price. But the links I gave this morning rather indicate: EFSA positive verdict on 12 July.
