Appeal

AppealMy understanding is this can still be appealed but the window is very short. If anyone has a lawyer in mind they should call them. Siskinds as they put it is one of the go-to firms for class actions. Below is Daniel Bach’s contacts (top guy on their website). I suggest everyone that has a claim call him as numbers matter and I am sure he probably has some ideas on what we can do. Daniel Bach email: daniel.bach@siskinds.com phone: 416-362-8334. If this IP asset is just getting sold off at a low ball bid they are either getting upside from positions or consulting with the buyer or they mislead us all along. Many of us were convinced to hold our stock or even buy more because of the IP asset they had and the value they claimed it had. Always value around the corner. Now that we only owe a small amount of money to the convertible debenture holders, a group that includes many of the insiders that convinced us to hold or buy, they are quickly unloading it as if it was worthless. We never even had a chance to fund the company to pay off the small amount that is still owed. The big debts got paid off! The debentures are not even due yet and would not have this claim if it was not for the insiders that took us into bankruptcy protection. This is the worst outcome possible and if you purchased stock or held onto your stock for the last couple years you were taken for a ride.
