RE:RE:RE:Any rights for the shareholder?I guess it was a well thought out plan to screw the shareholders. The only asset that I as a sharholder relied on after the sale of the canandian assets was the patent.
I emailed Bioexx back in August 29, 2013 as per the following:

"As long time investor, I need to know the bottom line with Bioexx going forward.
As advised , BioExx has received a Notice of Allowance for a patent application covering the production of food-grade protein isolates and concentrates from oilseed meals, such as canola and rapeseed. This application is currently proceeding to patent grant. Is this very valuable intellectual property still the property of Bioexx and its shareholders?
Is there any update as to the sale of Bioexx? "
Never received a response.
Is there a lawyer amongst the shareholders that is willing ( with some financial backing from the shareholders) to take the person in charge at Bioexx that sold us out. Be nice to know what he/they received from the deal. And if this deal can be reversed. ??
