Marcus771 - if you read the court papers dated 15th Jan you will find in the dox that meanwhile all the patents like Isolexx got allready final approval from the EEC. The sale is sealed by the court what you can do now its finish - and they had a easy game with us and it was a long term planed transaction trust me all are happy only the small shareholders like us got fu..ed, im sure under the table ther are a lot of agreements between the old people and the new owners of the IP. Finally just think about one think shortly befor the trade of Bioexx shares was stop at 0,016 to 0,008 ther was still big quantitys moved on the market plus the greymarket. Now check the internet you find no update about bioexx beside this Bullboard of Stockhouse, and if you check on the posted messages the READERS they are approx 30-50 per message. Normaly early or later if you are a Shareholder of Bioexx you should find this Bullboard if you wanna try to find news. I tell you the new Buyers of the IP allready baught on the stockmarket most of the shares for 0,008 to 0,016 thats why you do not find some much people complaining about this cheating Trust me the whole Bioexx Story from the day they founded the company till the bancruptcy it was all like this planed first when they went on the Stockmarket they make huge cash by selling the Shares, on the end when the price was around 0,12 the shares was extremly manipulated down. And they baught than self the big quanititys of shares back to finally move the IP to a 3rd party without big headache of a lot of small shareholders. Im sure the number of small shareholders like us is too limited, otherwise ther would have been more resisitance. Finaly the Sharks have eat us small fishes - and dont worry you will never ever get any update from bioexx anymore because they do not even own a homepage anymore even the email adresses belongs now to the new owners so even if they wanted they will tell you they was not able anymore to tell the small shareholders what happend. You know for the Judge he thinks its too complicated let me finish this file, the Monitor finish his intresst in this 3-4 month he cashed 300.000 USD on fees. And finaly its mentioned also in the court dox the remaining money after all got payed ( 1 year later ) minus fees than again is approx 300.000 minus fees fees fees this money will go to the Shareholders so minus fees hardly 100.000 will remain % by 215 million shares you will get per share 0 minus cost.
