BIOEXX = TEUTEXX !
This was a master piece of Fraud you open a company called Bioexx and let the shareholders pay all the cost to develop the IP after you scrap Bioexx and open a new company called TEUTEXX Proteins with even the same employees you move than all from Bioexx to TeuTexx. Also no need to change the Product name Teutexx is now the owner of ISOLEXX and VITALEXX and make the big profit. And the Shareholders of Bioexx was paying all the cost nice deal. Look at www.teutexx.com - we should ask the employees of Teutexx how it feel to fraud the shareholders of Bioexx under info@teutexx.com I still can not understand how the police in Canada is not investigating this file.

Saw your post...I too was defrauded of aprox $5K , I see they own the patents we paid for, any chance our shares are worth something with the new company? I see I still own the shares but they are worth only a few pennies..Any suggestions on any action we can take, let me know!!

I just sent an e-mail to Teutexx asking if my old shares in Bioexx are transferable to the new company as they are still marketing the same producst , patented by Bioexx !! I suggest others e-mail them too!!

Glad you did!! , I still haven't received a reply , but didn't really expect so ... if more of us keep the pressure on we may at least generate some interest and impact on this sham!!!! and maybe recover some losses from the new company re a suit be it small claims court or through the securities regulators!!! thanks Martin

I just sent an email to Teutexx inquiring as to the origins of their patented technology. I'm still $300,000 in the hole. I wouldn't mind participating in any future, however I believe the executives of BXI made off with the patents as part of their last minute $750,000 first to be paid financing they put in place in the final year before BXI hit zero...
