RE: How is it possibleIn fairness, the assessment report would have been filed a year ago - it sits for one year with the Ministry in confidentiality. That being said, NEW assessment work has been filed a few days ago and a report will be due for that work within 90 days of that filing (I am sure we will see a news release before that, though - the labs aren't THAT slow).

I am looking forward to a discussion of the results of this assessment report, though.
