Claims expiring

Claims expiringDoes anybody else find it a little worrying that ALL of BML's claims are set to expire on April 18, 2011, only two weeks from now? This information is available on the BC Ministry website here: https://www.mtonline.gov.bc.ca/mtov/jsp/searchTenures.jsp
Since last December the company has only been filing one month of assessment work at a time to advance the expiry dates by one month. If the claims are so valuable, why do they not file all available assessment credits and not run the risk of having their claims expire every month? It is normal for companies to have their claims in good standing by at least a year or two into the future, and as much as ten years.
