An announcement of the forthcoming virtual shareholders meeting.  If you are a shareholder you absolutely need to open your eyes and read the "Curcular" explaining in depth certain agenda to be voted upon.  I'm not going to put everything on a silver spoon.  Read it and understand it.......NOW. I think the agenda is VERY important.
