420 mill sharecount not a problem when approx. 100 mill shares traded since Nov 6th/18. She hit .46 Jan /18. Folks buying this stock by the 100,000 share chunks. Two 35 million shares trade in 2 days since Nov 6th/18. Are you saying it will never hit it's high again?????????????
