It operates streamlined facilities throughout Canada to cultivate high quality cannabis flower, oil and extracts with funded capacity more than 150,000 kilograms per year. Fully licensed to cultivate and sell medical and recreational cannabis, it is leading the way through research partnerships with universities to bridge the gap between science and tradition and to develop pharma-grade extracts and derivatives. RE:RE:RE:Revenue for the quarter = 835,000250% increase is a good headwind. 1st you make one million and then you make two million.
Management was too diliberate with all the frills and business philosophy --which is mostly BS. Now we have, hopefully, a no BS CEO who will direct all their energy and resources to grow, extract, infuse and SELL high margin products.
downside 3-5 cents
upside .30-.50 cents, imho,gl

Hello Everyone,
First of all I would like to thank Kevin, Justin & all the people at Beleave's Hamilton facility for a fantastic & informative tour. I was very impressed with what is currently going on there & what there future plans are. They did let me take numerous pics of everything but I can't figure out how to post them , if someone knows how & can enlighten me I will try again. Here is some of the info I was able to regarding the questions everyone had.

1) Hamilton facility currently has four 2,000 sq/ft rooms for cultivating. Each room is used for different stages of growth & they end up producing roughly 370,000g of product every 8 weeks.

2) They have established an excellent relationship with the government & were actually one of the first LP's chosen to supply their product to the BC, Manitoba & Ontario.

3) They are a top tier product for the provinces with their product in high demand & have currently never had any product refused by the provinces quality control dept.

4) They have currently put roughly 6million into their 80,000sq/ft greenhouse expansion at the Hamilton location & are expecting final approval from city council to complete the project at the next council meeting scheduled for around the middle of March.

5) They plan to finish the greenhouse in Hamilton & London simultaneously over the next few months & are conservatively expecting product from both facilities by September of this year.

6) They are still waiting on final licensing from Germany before starting to export & will outsource additional product if necessary to keep up with current demand until their new facilities come online.

7) There is currently no concrete plans with respect to retail stores through Rollins Group until the government issues more retail licenses.

8) They are expecting at least a 250% increase in revenue for the latest quarter which will be released at the end of this month.

9) They stated they should have an update regarding the South American deal coming out soon.

10) They have plans to start selling clones in the near future.

11) As for the 90 cannabis strains, apparently the government allows new facilities to initially bring as many strands as they want to start but after that they have to pay per strand, so, they have decided to bring all 90 strands at once to the London location & will decide from there which ones to produce.

As an investor with a good chunk of my retirement savings invested in Beleave I was growing concerned with the lack of share price movement & some questionable management decisions. I feel much more confident in the company & holding on to my stocks after yesterdays tour & talking with everyone from Hamilton facility. Imo once they get the two expansions finished their revenue is going to explode & so should the share price. They said they could sell 10x as much right now just don't have the production capabilities yet. When I compare them to other LP's with higher evaluations I'm amazed how undervalued they currently are. They have more licenses than almost any other LP out there, they only have a 50 mil market cap and their expansion plans are already funded. I'm hanging in for sure and I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised with the next ER. Hope this info helps anyone else trying to decide what to do.

No , I’m not shorting but the time will come when I will back up everything I have to short WEED.  20 billion plus mkt cap for essentially a commodity is asinine !

I reckon that you didn't notice that "BE" just fired all her directors  for some unknown reason  ...   and also the large "offers" now showing up at lower prices  ????

Don't worry about it though as you are not alone and  there are actually quite a few on this bullboard whom do not understand and therefore are unable to discuss these relevent "matters" on the bullboard.

Do you figure possibly it is time to "short"   ????
