MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT IS OVERDUE (FORM 7)

Beleave was supposed to provide an update before the opening of trading on Friday, but there has still been nothing filed. At the very least the lack of transparency about their current operations is problematic and puts them out of compliance with CSE rules. At worst they are hiding something.

Finally, but no update on Flyte Vape pens or any timeline for the Hamilton expansion.
