  • I started working with Grant in 2010 while leading Avtec as President. Motorola was launching Mototrbo Connect Plus and Avtec had developed a direct IP wire-line driver for the Scout Console system. It made sense to partner closer, but there were a number of challenges. Throughout the process, Grant was direct, creative, thoughtful and built a level of trust that enabled the companies to reach a contract agreement. This led to hundreds of successful deployments working together.
