Like this deal.

I like the fact that Kerr Mines has stepped up and consolidating the industry.

I really hope they don't stop at just a 3 way merger.

Go big and bigger and they might end up with a reasonable exploration company.

Neither have I. Based on the news release from Kerr.. Bear Lake's shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. To receive their Kerr Mines shares and warrants pursuant to the arrangement, Bear Lake shareholders are required to surrender their Bear Lake share certificates to the depositary, together with a properly completed letter of transmittal. Received my KER shares and warrants today. If you trade online then your shares are probably held beneficially through your brokerage. I did inform my broker my intentions regarding the tax election issue, no forms needed to be filled out and I believe this is only a tax issue only. But if you haven't received your KER shares yet, then definitely ask your brokerage firm.

Mine has shown up in my account now. settled a couple of days ago. It shows the Warrants in the activity section...but no my holdings section. I wonder if the warrants will be pubically traded or not. EKIM
