BEARING LITHIUM CORP. Announces Settlement Agreement ( see news above) Now nothing should stand in the way of a fair share price (e.g. C$0.40 today and not C$0.31 as traded). ;-)

Since the LPI share price has risen to AU$0.54, today's fair value is Can$0.356 per one BRZ share. The share price of BRZ thus has a discount of about 30% to yesterday's BRZ closing price.

When the gap is closed we are first credited the 20-30% difference in fair value (LPI) and then the bonus shares for the Western Australia lithium properties. ;-)
