I am still here but just too busy working on a construction project.

I agree with your assessments. The following is what I take. This merge is necessary & has been planned for a long time. BRZ is the smallest partner, so it is way under valued. Through this merge, BRZ got certain premium (about 45%), so our valuation increased. With LPI's share, we have further to gain. Right now, ALL EV metal stocks have been done, including LPI, which is AU$0.38 now (was Au$0.95). With the merge of 3 partners, LPI either get financed and buld the mine, or will be bought out straight, so BRZ shareholders will get another boost with LPI's share. The bonus, BRZ shareholders will have LPI's WA spin out as well. In a summary, BRZ gain some premier, and the further gain will be LPI bought out or bulding its mine.

I will try to contact the company to see our LPI shares will be listed in Canada or not.
