RE:Let's get something straight here...

RE:Let's get something straight here...What I also find as telling, is that Bushnell was listed as a new Co-Chairman of the board in the October press release along with Nerayoff .

In a more recent press release also announcing the Videre deal, Bushnell is listed as the Chairman!

I also agree with the reverse merger idea, but I am having trouble with the fact that Global Blockchain entity paid or issued almost $50 million dollars worth of their current shares to complete the first transaction with X2. The accounting maneuver which is probably the piece you are referring to was Global valued X2 at .15 per share, thus only surrendering 300 million shares to do the deal. .125 hghervthan the current trading price of Global at the time....

The Videre transaction was also purchased with Shares of the new entity which now included the X2  merger and the acquisition price was .02 per share, or rough equivalent of about $8 million dollars and or 400 million shares approximately.

Just looks like good accounting to get the deal done.

I believe the stock holders of Videre hold about 37% of the newly to be formed entity, does anyone know what % Bushnell and Ortiz are holding ? I haven’t seen anything printed in this regard?

If I remember correctly, Gouran also executed a 2 for 1 stock split some months prior to the newly formed entity which doubled the share count to the roughly 300 million count!

Once the dust settles, we should have about 100 million shares outstanding and a stock price in the .20 range. A much healthier share count and a stock price possibly a little more representative of the newly formed entity which would include the Videre proposed acquisition if all closes!

Lots to keep track of here, structurally and marketing pieces all over the place at the moment.
Lets hope Mr. Bushnell can put all the pieces together and tie a nice green ribbon around the group!!

All of the above is my opinion only, due you own due diligence.
