PSOne more penny stock that Shidan invested in n January 2018 through a 3 year convertible note at 9% interest is Spectra 7 Microsystems.
The amount was $2 million dollars at a conversion price of about .35 cents in January of 2021.
Not sure how this loan/investment is being treated and which Company would retain the asset?
The company produces chip sets being used in the VR and Data Center interconnect space.
Their share price is about .08 cents Canadian today. V.sev or spvnf otc symbol...
My guess is will probably roll over to the newly to be formed Metaverse entity going forward .
