now a WEEK late on their big financing and complete silence. I haven't had much luck with anything Eugene Buekman is involved in. he seems to jump from sector to sector whatever is hot. starting to think this financing is in trouble. this was suppose close nov 30. WTF not a good sign imo

Please please please relax. Financings take, on average , 4-6 weeks to close, especially the overbought ones. The reason is not because they can’t find investors (it’s a freakin bought deal for God’s sake!). It’s because many investors already hold shares and generally most sell their old shares to get new ones with the warrants. This is why the stock ran up to 2.60 twice. Honestly , who makes an investment without going to the website first ?? Sig ,I am afraid you may not have the aptitude(nuts) for a brand new company in a brand new industry....
