GGAM.U Delisting?

From Ozan on the Yahoo board As per Ozan Quote.... " Global Gaming Technologies Announces Departure of Andrey Kontyaev, and the official delisting from the stock exchange. Vancouver, BC, August 29, 2019 GLOBAL GAMING TECHNOLOGIES CORP. (CSE: GGAM.U) (FSE: BWSP) (OTC: BLKCF) ("GGAM", or the "Company") announces that Mr. Andrey Kontyaev has resigned as director of the Company, and Global Gaming Technologies Corp will be delisted from the stock exchange. The Company has faced numerous challenges over the past year and has found the current circumstances difficult to operate. Numerous attempts and avenues have been attempted to keep the business afloat but to no avail. The company has not had the ability to correctly file and verify the authenticity of the companies financial status. Global Gaming Technologies Corp will become a dormant company from the 1st September 2019 and the scheduled delisting will take place seven days thereafter." I found no news release that mentioned the delisting.

I think it is bull.  Isn’t spreading rumors to manipulate stock prices still illegal in America?

Why spread the lies as I don't see the benefits. I didn't understand?
