I'm not 100% sure I'm right either, but it does seem that Bushnell will be running all of Global Gaming.
One other thing I noticed, in that cheesy interview Shidan Gouran gave recently, he said the new company under BLOC (before the name change) was "Global Blockchain," and then he quickly corrected himself and said "or I should say X2 Games"
So at least prioer to the recent name change, he was already seeing Global Blockchain as being strictly Nolan Bushnell's domain of X2 Games.
I suppose we'll know soon enough whether Gouran will have any active control, or if it's really now in the hands of the Godfather of Video Games...
