I just read the SEDAR filings

The name change is complete. According to recent filings, Nolan Bushnell and Zai Ortiz will be completely in charge of the new company, but it's not completely clear whether they mean the entire company--Global Gaming Technologies---or the portion called X2 Games Corp.

It did say that current BLOC management will turn their focus on the spinout of the mining company, and that Nolan Bushnell is in charge of Global Gaming, but that, if true, is remarkable...and very smart... on the company's part.

X/2 Games title will sieze to exist and will be solely known as Global Gaming Technologies Corp . Everything else will be the spinout with another new name likely not to include the word BLOCKCHAIN in its title since it has become somewhat of a negative . So Bushnell/Ortiz and their team under their guidance will have a free hand to create innovate nurture all that is pertaining to gaming . Very

That's not at all how I read it. My understanding is that they changed the name of X2 Games to X2 Games Corp (as per press release) and Global Gaming Technologies Corp will be the parent. I agree with you that Bushnell and Ortiz will be running the entire operation though, as that does seem to be the way it's being represented.

I'm not 100% sure I'm right either, but it does seem that Bushnell will be running all of Global Gaming. One other thing I noticed, in that cheesy interview Shidan Gouran gave recently, he said the new company under BLOC (before the name change)  was "Global Blockchain," and then he quickly corrected himself and said "or I should say X2 Games" So at least prioer
