RE: reaper's question re Blackrod

RE: reaper's question re BlackrodLuke , you have me confused... $5.25 gives pxx a $1.6 billion market cap for their 10,000 bopd. At $50,000 per flowing bbl,the conventional cold flow production is worth about $ 500mm or approx. $ 2.00/share including cash in the bank( assuming we get to 10,000 bopd). So I  think our downside is in the 2 buck range if Blackrod turns out to be uneconomic.
I smell a financing in the wind...Why not load up the war chest while everybody is lathered up ? Oil sands projects are capital intensive at about $400-500mm for 10,000 bopd.
Anybody know if PXX is following through with the 500bopd single well pair pilot or has that been expanded ?
cheers
Cat
