Ballots

BallotsThe ballots concerning the merger attempt are now arriving at your postal boxes. Cobaltech shareholders have had a long wait while FCC and its partner tried to do their thing to CSK, first by interfering with the refinery purchase, then by their low ball share merger offer. During this period this resulted in the CSK share price falling to the bottom.

CSK shareholders endured all this, plus the merger propaganda talk, without being able to do anything until now. You now have the chance to vote against the people who did these things to CSK and to you, its shareholders. If you want more of the same from them, then you should vote for them.

I see CSK as a valuable independent miner with liquid assets, capital assets including a valuable mill with a licencse to operate, and piles of ore to be quickly processed while cobalt is US $60,000 per metric tonne. If you are willing to give up all that for maybe 16 or 17 cents a share then you should vote for this merger.

I predict the merged company will do its mining on Bay street by issuing lots of dilutive shares and then selling it as a property to some big company while management invokes takeover clauses and big stock options to get big cash out of of the company instead of building real mines with it. To me that is just mining Bay street.  You know what happens to you if you are a shareholder or investor trapped in a situation like that and it is not nice.

So those are the reasons to vote for the merger.

However I prefer to own shares in an independent CSK company with assets and liquidity in a rising market. That is why today I voted every share I have against this merger offer.

We have endured months of going downhill since FCC and its partner came on the scene.
Now that you can finally have your say by voting at last, choose wisely!
