Why was and is there no movement ?

I am absolutely stunned that this stock did move with the April 4 news release of the largest sale in company’s history? 

In the opening we see... 

"Announces that the Company has completed its largest sale of graphite to date during the month of March. In total, Big North shipped 403 tons of amorphous graphite to a customer within Mexico

In the end we see 
"completed sales of amorphous graphite totalling 760 tons to date"

That one sale alone is 2/3 of their total....

MY FI that I trade with did not pick up this N/R. Was wondering maybe it was not widely publicized
